What it is
Deer-skin boots can mean both pima - soft, ultra-warm traditional shoes of the peoples of the Far North, and high fur boots - comfortable fur boots, more familiar to the eyes of the inhabitants of the central region. How are they different?
Pimas are much lighter than high fur boots due to the fact that the same deer skin acts as the sole, though taken between the hooves of the animal due to its natural rigidity. For this reason, pimas are not recommended to be worn at temperatures above fifteen degrees, in order to avoid damage to the product. They will not survive the effects of salt and reagents, which abound in the streets of large cities.
