1. Cylinder on a cardboard basis. In the manufacture of such a headdress, hard cardboard is used, from which the base of the hat is cut and glued. Then the headdress is covered with material. As a finishing material, satin fabric, felt, drape and other dense materials can be used. To get a more extravagant and stylish headdress, a combination of matte and shiny fabrics is used.
2. Felt cylinder. Such a headdress will be not only stylish, but also warm. Felt of noble gray and black colors will give the image rigor and aristocracy.

1. Of the materials needed - cardboard and black fleece, glue moment, pencil, glossy varnish, adhesive tape, scissors and jewelry.
2. We measure the circumference of the head, add 1.5 cm on each side for the joint and cut out a rectangle equal in length to this distance. We glue the sheet in the form of a cylinder with adhesive tape.
3. On another sheet, you need to draw a circle with a diameter equal to the diameter of the resulting workpiece and a small allowance.This blank is the bottom of the future hat. Along the edge of the drawn circle, you need to draw another circle, a couple of centimeters larger in diameter. Cardboard is cut out along the contour of the large circle and notches are made with scissors in the direction from the edge to the line of the small circle. The notches are bent.
4. The bottom of the hat is glued to the edge of the cylinder. In order for the joints to be securely fixed, it is recommended to use adhesive tape.
5. The next step is to make the brim of the hat. To do this, on a sheet of cardboard you need to draw a circle equal in diameter to the bottom of the hat. Then, on the same sheet, a second circle is drawn around the drawn circle - according to the desired field width. Circles are cut out, while the cylinder should fit easily into the ring.
6. To fix the fields, you need to draw three more circles on a blank sheet of cardboard - one equal to the bottom of the hat, and two others of a larger size at a distance of 2 cm. Cut out large and small circles. Again make notches and bend them inward. They are lubricated with glue and connected to a previously made ring so that the notches are inside.
7. The cylinder is lubricated with glue and the fields are attached. Fleece is glued inside the headdress, the cylinder is varnished and decorated with rhinestones, ribbons, lace and other decorations.

To get a more elegant product, the cylinder can be covered on the outside with felt, suede and other suitable materials.
