It can be slightly cut with nail scissors, while repeating the original shape that the brush had. Dried eyeliner can be put under a stream or in a glass of hot water - this way it will become more liquid, which means it will be better to draw.

There is an option to open the felt-tip pen on the back side and dilute the cosmetic product a little.For this purpose, thermal water, vodka or alcohol, face lotion, eye drops, aloe juice, micellar water, light oils (almond, peach, grape seed, olive) are suitable. Here is another quick way. Pressing firmly, draw the brush along the back of your hand. After the eyeliner is squeezed out, type it on the tip of the applicator and draw arrows with it.
