The use of body butter is a story that goes back centuries. More than 5,000 years ago, the Egyptians first began to use aromatic extracts squeezed from plants as healing balms for the body and soul, and even staged whole wars for the possession of rare essential oils. Although references to their beneficial effects on humans are also found in rock paintings of the primitive inhabitants of the Earth, and in ancient treatises of the Chinese, Greeks, Persians, Arabs, Romans, Hindus, Japanese and many other peoples.

The biblical texts provide 118 evidence of the origin of oil therapy and recipes for oil incense for anointing, consecration and other church ceremonies.

Nowadays, oiling the body for beauty, healing and just good mood is ubiquitous and is considered one of the most pleasant and effective ways to hydrate, soften, nourish and rejuvenate the skin.

Beneficial features

Natural body oils are a powerful gift of nature, a real storehouse of valuable trace elements, a powerful antiseptic, moisturizing and antibacterial agent.A few drops are enough to wake or put a person to sleep, relieve stress and pain, stimulate metabolic processes and enhance regeneration. After an oil massage or wrap, the skin becomes soft, smooth, silky, moisturized and nourished with substances that activate the production of elastin and collagen, which are necessary for cell rejuvenation. Incredibly fragrant essential oils are indispensable in the production of perfumes and a number of cosmetic, anti-cellulite and medicines.

We select for massage

Massage oils for the body should be saturated with antioxidants, minerals, active fatty acids and valuable vitamins, because. these miraculous herbal balms will not only soften, nourish and moisturize the skin, but also activate regeneration, stabilize metabolism, and start the rejuvenation process.

The base oil for body massage should flow gently, glide smoothly and be absorbed as much as possible without oily residue and clogging of pores.

The best oils are those made from coconut, apricot, jojoba, macadamia, almond, shea and olives, and those that are labeled as "cold pressed first oil, unrefined".But the choice of massage base oil is not as important as its perfume saturation. A clear dosage and proper use of flavored oils will have a significant impact on the emotional state literally 15-20 minutes after the start of the massage and will greatly improve its quality and beneficial effect.

Essential oils are added to the base oils immediately before the massage, preheating to 40-45 ° C, and no more than 10 drops of flavored oil are required per 4-5 tablespoons of the base oil.
