- With black bread. With a strong fallout, such a homemade bread mask is recommended. Pour two hundred grams of rye bread without crusts with half a liter of kefir and leave for 4-6 hours. Beat the resulting mixture in a blender, apply to curls, cover your head, keep on your hair for an hour.
You can use whey instead of kefir in this recipe.
Soak a small slice of black bread in an incomplete glass of raw materials, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir the mass thoroughly, spread over the scalp.

To accelerate growth, you will additionally need burdock and castor oil.
Take half a glass of kefir, add 1 tbsp. l. burdock oil and 1 tbsp. l. castor, 1 yolk. Stir, apply, insulate and wait 1-1.5 hours, then rinse.

Add blue clay powder (about 1 tablespoon) to half a glass of kefir, rub until the lumps disappear and gently rub into the scalp. Wash your hair with shampoo after half an hour.
- Gelatinous. Gelatin is needed to save split ends. Pour 1 tbsp. l. gelatin 3 tbsp. l. water. When the gelatin absorbs water, put it in a water bath. Wait for complete dissolution.
