If the plasticine is poorly removed, then you can rub the stain with a cotton swab dipped in ordinary vegetable oil. This will remove even the smallest pieces and crumbs of the substance, although there will be an oil stain on the clothes that you have to fight. So this method is quite extreme.

Laundry soap is an excellent assistant in the fight against any stains, including plasticine stains. You can simply rub the soap on the stain itself, or you can dissolve it in a small amount of water to make a thick suspension. It is necessary to apply it to the fabric and rub vigorously. 15 minutes is enough for it to work. After this procedure, wash the item as usual.

Baking soda is also a sure help in the fight against plasticine stains. The stain must be moistened, sprinkled with soda, left for 10-15 minutes, and then washed in a washing machine.You can make a slurry of baking soda and dishwashing detergent, apply it on the stain, let it dry, and then brush and wash as usual.

If there is no soap or soda at hand, and the plasticine needs to be removed urgently, then a woolen cloth will help you. Even an old woolen sock will do. Just rub the stain with it, and if the wool is natural, then gradually the greasy stain will “pass” onto it.

Liquid Vanish is used for grease stains on fine and woolen fabrics. It does not contain chlorine, which means that light-colored fabric will not turn yellow, and woolen fabric will not “sit down”. Apply the product on the stain for 15 minutes, and then wash the item in the washing machine. Preliminary application of the product is necessary only in case of an extensive and complex stain, and in other cases, liquid Vanish simply added to the wash along with liquid detergent.

Today, many people have small steam cleaners on the farm that allow them to remove dirt, paint, plasticine and even glue from fabrics. Before using the steam cleaner, carefully read the instructions on which nozzles are best to use. Depending on the power of the device, the time of steam exposure to the stain will also vary.
