Makeup of the 90s is a fashion boom, which at that time was on the verge of bad taste. Most of all, this was manifested in the post-Soviet countries, where the fair sex finally got the opportunity to use foreign cosmetics and touched fashion trends from European countries and from America. Thus began unprecedented bold experiments in makeup. Nowadays, many of the fashion critics tend to think that it was a time of mockery of fashion.

And although they are well aware that fashion tends to return from time to time, and that everything new is a well-forgotten old, they would not like to return the fashion of those years.

The make-up of the 90s, which came to the countries of the former USSR, had a lot in common with the fashion that was relevant for America and Europe in the early 80s. This is a very bright and outrageous fashion. Its feature, first of all, is its individuality. The face should look as if it had just been washed - fresh, natural, with slightly shiny lips. The hairstyle should be distinguished by violent colors, you can tie the tail into a knot on the side, make a “Page” hairstyle or curl curls. For make-up in the 90s, it was not necessary to have some kind of especially tanned skin, or vice versa - with aristocratic whiteness. It is clear that it is necessary to apply a corrective agent to problem areas of the skin, masking them in this way. Just do not use such modern means as a bronzer or highlighter - this, of course, is beauty, but artificial, while in the 90s everything natural was more welcome.

• then you should apply shadows on the upper eyelid, after which it remains only to lightly tint the cilia with lengthening mascara. If you want to make your eyes more expressive, you can use false eyelashes - in the 90s they were already on sale.

It’s great if among your clothes there is a bright-colored miniskirt, a “torn” T-shirt and a jacket embroidered with rhinestones. If not, then high jeans, a cropped jacket and a painted t-shirt will do.

Leggings and a miniskirt are paired with sparkling rhinestone high-heeled pumps. If you are wearing jeans, then wear textile shoes.

Long hair is best curled and combed.
