This is how logos and names familiar to all modern people appear: a shamrock with three stripes and a panther frozen in a jump, belonging to the brands Addas - Adolf and Puma - Rudolf.
Spurred on by no means friendly competition with his brother, Adolf focuses on branded boots, reaching a new level of sports shoes and their advertising. Adidas becomes the first label in the world to use a sports stadium as an advertising platform.
Soon the sphere of influence of "Adidas" is spreading in almost all areas related to sports equipment, developing and strengthening throughout the life of Adolf, and then through the efforts of his wife and son. However, a series of short-sighted business decisions made after the death of the latter by his sisters, leads the concern to bankruptcy.
In the nineties, Adidas ceases to be a family business and, after several years of crushing losses, passes to French investors under the chairmanship of Robert Louis Dreyfus. Again, a series of business decisions follow, but this time extremely successful, within a few years, Adidas brilliantly regains its position in the market, developing by leaps and bounds.
Today it is difficult to find a person who in one way or another has not interacted with the ubiquitous products of the concern in his life.
